Personnel manager and trainer Debbie Sykes of the American office recently returned from a two-week trip to Moscow. The goal of this trip was to reinforce the ties and strengthen communication between the Moscow office and the American office. Debbie reviewed the workings of the Client Support Department and made recommendations on how to improve the quality of our services.
"I think that this has been a positive experience for both the Moscow office and the American office," Debbie said. "No matter how efficient telecommunications have become, actually being able to see how the Moscow office functions in person, gives us a clearer picture. It also allows us to better see where the improvements can be made. I'm confident that a lot of good will come of this."
